Reliable communication between engine and control system

Modern engine and control systems are becoming increasingly smarter, but also more complex. In practice, we see that malfunctions are not always mechanical in nature. More and more often, the cause lies in the software-based communication between engine, ECM/ECU, and control system.

This communication takes place via industrial protocols such as CAN-bus, CANopen, J1939, and Modbus. When signals are not sent, received, or interpreted correctly, this can lead to error messages, unreliable behavior, or downtime of the installation.

SDK supports the analysis and resolution of these types of communication problems. With the right knowledge and tools, we make data flows transparent, detect anomalies, and correct the underlying cause. In some cases, we optimize or establish a new communication line, so that components can once again work together correctly and stably.
