From mechanical engines to the latest generation Stage V

We can provide service for ship engines, transshipment cranes, power screens, generator sets, power packs, excavators, pile-driving cranes, and anything else powered by a Caterpillar engine. This can be done both in our own workshop and on location!

In recent times, we have carried out a number of service jobs, such as maintenance on a mechanical Caterpillar engine. This engine is already quite old, but with proper maintenance, it can certainly last for many more years. 

In addition to maintenance on ship engines, which is our core business, we also frequently take care of Caterpillar engines used in industry. For example, we recently serviced the Caterpillar engine of a road deck cleaner in a truck. We replaced the crankshaft of the engine, so the asphalt can now be cleaned with sufficient power again! 

We also handle malfunctions as part of our work. For industrial engines, this often means working outdoors. This takes us to a wide variety of locations, both in the Netherlands and abroad. In this particular case, the malfunction was caused by a clogged soot filter. This is easily solved by replacing the soot filter. The AdBlue injector also needed replacement, which we took care of as well!
