Overhaul of Cylinder Valves on Caterpillar C9
The customer contacted us because the Caterpillar C9 suddenly started making a strange noise. We immediately went on-site to see what was going on. At the location, we first performed a thorough inspection and then used an endoscope to look inside the engine. This allowed us to quickly identify the problem without unnecessary disassembly. With that information, we overhauled the cylinder heads. In the end, a great result—the engine is running properly again.
