Warehouse Manager

Do you have an eye for order and structure, and do you know how to keep logistics running smoothly? Then we are looking for you as our Warehouse Manager. You make sure that everything that comes in and goes out is well organised, so our technicians can always get to work with the right parts.

What will you do?

As Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for the organisation and execution of our warehouse management. You ensure an efficient logistics process and a safe, well-organised working environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and optimising incoming goods, storage, and shipping.

• Stock management, registration, and purchasing of parts and materials.

• Organising internal transport and logistics planning.

• Supervising and supporting warehouse staff.

• Maintaining contact with suppliers and transport companies.

• Identifying improvements and implementing process optimisations.

• Monitoring safety, order, and cleanliness in the warehouse.

What do we expect from you?

A diploma is not the most important part — experience is.

• Education: MBO-4 Logistics/Warehouse Management or equivalent (HBO working/thinking level is a plus).

• Extensive experience in warehouse or logistics, preferably in a technical environment.

• Experience with stock management systems (ERP/NAV).

• Leadership qualities and financial insight.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.

• Forklift certificate and driving licence B (preferred).

• Employment conditions according to the Dutch Collective Agreement (CAO Kleinmetaal, Metal & Engineering).

• Salary between €3,200 and €5,000 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.
